Ferguson (Wuhan) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was registered and established on November 20, 2002 in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone. On October 24, 2013, it was restructured as a joint-stock limited company. On August 6, 2015, an investment cooperation agreement was signed with Shenguan Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. in Wuzhou, Guangxi, further enhancing the economic and technological strength of Ferguson Company. The two major nutrition product manufacturers joined hands in Wuhan, creating a new situation for the upgrading of the big health nutrition industry.

For over 20 years, Ferguson has focused on the field of nutritional supplements, integrating product research and development, production, sales, and service for pregnant and infant children, adults, and middle-aged and elderly populations.

R&D capability:
As the first enterprise in Hubei Province to obtain GMP certification for health products, Ferguson Company has successively passed the ISO three major management system certifications since 2007, obtained 32 national invention patent technologies with independent intellectual property rights, multiple design patents, and also holds HACCP certification for American food and BRC certification for the UK Sales Commission. In 2017, it passed the national laboratory accreditation and obtained the CNAS certification issued by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment.

Ferguson Company has over 30% of its technical personnel and possesses research platforms such as national postdoctoral workstations, provincial R&D technology centers, and high-tech enterprises in Hubei Province. The team is composed of outstanding talents such as doctoral students, and has research and development centers for health food, nutritional food, and special medical food. It has strong capabilities in formula design and testing, and can design independent formulas for personalized customers to meet their unique requirements for product nutritional characteristics in one stop.

Production capacity:
Ferguson Company has a self built factory of 35000 square meters in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, with more than 200 employees. The total area of the company's production center exceeds 14000 square meters, including production and storage sites that comply with the requirements of GB 14881 "National Food Safety Standard - General Hygiene Specification for Food Production"; Among them, Grade D clean production workshop covers an area of more than 8000 ㎡, with a total of 7 powder production lines (including 2 automated powder production lines), 5 tablet production lines, 2 soft capsule production lines (all using Korean imported soft capsule forming systems), 1 gel candy production line, and 2 hard capsule production lines; The enterprise annually produces 1.5 billion soft capsules, 200 million tablets, 200 million bags of solid preparations (powders), 100 million gel candies, and 400 million hard capsules; Equipped with advanced equipment such as automated metal detection and removal, electronic counting and bottling, it can meet customers' comprehensive production and packaging needs.
